National Welding Month 2023

April is National Welding Month. According to the American Welding Society, “Since 1996, the American Welding Society has designated the month of April as National Welding Month to bring awareness to the welding industry and its available career paths.“ The US Bureau of Labor Statistics forecasts there will be approximately 47,600 openings for welders, cutters, solderers, and brazers projected each year, on average, over the next decade.  With so many openings in the field, it is extremely important to protect laboreres in the welding industry.  Emergent Safety offers a wide variety of products, as well as flame resistant clothing, to keep welders safe.

Recently, Emergent Safety introduced our very own line of flame resistant clothing, Emergent FR Gear!  By introducing our own cost competive clothing line, we can keep our customers safe as we have a wide variety of in-stock products.  From sweatshirts to henleys and hi-viz shirts to carpenter pants, we're confident we have the FR Gear you need!
