Workers Memorial Day 2023

April 28th is Workers Memorial Day. According to the ALF-CIO, "More than 50 years ago on April 28, Workers Memorial Day, the Occupational Safety and Health Act went into effect, promising every worker the right to a safe job—a fundamental right. " On April 28th, Emergent Safety honors the lives of workers that have been taken from them by celebrating Workers memorial day.

Workers Memorial Day is a reminder to take proper precaution in the workplaces and follow proper OSHA practices and regulations. Emergent Safety offers facility walkthroughs as a value add. Our Safety Specialists are certified and trained in all current safety standards and procedures.
